The owner of JONO Hardware contacted JE Horst Builder to partner with them on a major expansion to their hardware store. After discussing many options, it was decided that the best approach was to come up with a design and construction phasing that would allow the majority of the existing retail area to remain in operation while the new retail building was being constructed. Selective demo, strategic layout, and critical communication between all team players, allowed us to majorly regrade the site, construct a new building, and eventually demo the majority of the existing building, while maintaining store operation for the customers.
