C. J. Pony Parts

The owners of CJ Pony Parts employed the services of J.E. Horst Builder to remodel the interior of their structure into 3 garage bays. Upon completion, the newly renovated automotive garage style building is to be used as a video and photography studio for the installation of automotive parts and accessories. The services provided by J.E. Horst Builder included pouring and finishing a concrete floor, insulating the ceiling and exterior walls, framing new interior walls, insulating for sound attenuation in the interior walls, drywall hanging and finishing, installing perforated metal ceiling panels, and installing several new interior doors. The new floor plan requirements also included the construction of a restroom. The construction skill and capable management of J.E. Horst Builder brought the project to a satisfactory and successful completion for this repeat customer.
