The owner of this retail business, came to J.E. Horst for help with the design and permitting process for his new building. The relationship quickly grew, and developed till eventually J.E. Horst not only designed the project, but also managed the job and served as GC. It was the owners desire to have a building design that would fit the local area, be flexible in it’s use, and yet create a distinct experience for those who entered it. J.E. Horst was able to blend all these goals into a beautiful piece of architecture…And whether you stop by for a cup of coffee, or you come for some bulk food, or you are just in need of a hot sandwich, you will enjoy the experience.
