J.E. Horst Builders provided design, permitting, and project management services for the addition to an operating personal care facility. J.E. Horst also performed the structural steel work for this project. The purpose of this project was to create more space for the residents to relax, as well as provide additional semi-private space for visitors to interact with their loved ones.
