Rosewood Marketing

Rosewood Marketing first came to J.E. Horst seeking a Design-Build contractor to partner with. The goal – to design and construct a new facility for them. As graphic designers and marketing consultants, it was important to them that their new facility reflected their appreciation for beauty and detail. Not only was the building to be a reflection of them as a company, it was also to be a relaxed setting in which to brain storm with clients. Private offices, conference rooms, collaboration areas, and storage and prop areas all needed to find their place in a floor plan that was functional, purposeful, and yet scalable for future growth.
