Sensenig Repair & Sales

The owners of Sensenig Repair contracted with J.E. Horst Builder to construct additions to their existing lawn and garden showroom and repair facility. J.E. Horst Builder provided assistance with the final design build details and with the permitting process. A 50’x50’x23’ pre-engineered metal building was erected on one end of the existing building to provide additional warehouse space. On the other end of the existing building, a wood frame addition was constructed to provide new showroom and retail floor space. The entire showroom was remodeled along with the restrooms and a new front entrance was constructed. Extensive site grading and the installation of a 25’x25’x11’ storm water cistern was also part of this project.
