This project was a +/- 30,000 sq. ft. addition with accessory outbuildings such as a buggy shed and pump house. One of the big challenges on this project was coordinating the workflow around the customers traffic. Removing the existing carport and constructing a newer larger one along with a new entrance and porch areas was done partially at night for customer safety.
This project also included constructing a work room lined with floor to ceiling insulated metal panels. The Work Room is conveniently located between the warehouse area and the retail area, providing an efficient workflow, with exceptional noise and climate control.
